Next to Village Square and close to all of Tradition’s home sites, our comfortable, fully-equipped Fitness Center & Spa will be the hub of active living in Tradition. In addition to master-planned communities like Tradition, their clients include hotels and resorts, exclusive golf and country clubs, luxury high-rise residences, condo hotels and day spas.

The Fitness Center & Spa will feature plenty of the most advanced workout equipment, including aerobic apparatus, weight machines and free weights. Ample floor space will be provided for group programs in spinning, yoga, Pilates, and more. Serious swimmers will appreciate the year-round indoor lap pool, while the 1/2-acre outdoor pool will create a resort-style getaway just a few blocks from home. Great tennis will be served up at an outdoor pavilion featuring 10 lighted Har-Tru® tennis courts. Tournament play and lessons will also be available to cater to players of all abilities.

Then, when it’s time for a little pampering, you’ll have access to a full-service spa…complete with steam rooms, sauna, massage rooms…and facilities for manicures and pedicures. Plus a juice bar and a “child watch” area for toddlers and older children.
